Terms of Service — TWINVOTE

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TWINVOTE ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Description of Service

TWINVOTE is a decision spinner web application that allows users to create, customise, spin, and share digital decision wheels. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

3. User Accounts

You may use the Service anonymously or create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.

4. Free Tier Limitations

The Free tier is limited to 6 spins per day, 2 custom wheels, and 1 published wheel. Additional limitations apply as described on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to adjust free tier limits with reasonable notice.

5. Subscription Terms

Paid subscriptions (Plus and Pro) and credit packs are offered through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time via your Billing Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to paid features until that date. No partial refunds are provided for mid-period cancellations, except where required by law.

6. Payment Terms

All prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP) and may be subject to VAT where applicable. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details. By purchasing a subscription or credit pack, you authorise us to charge your payment method for the stated amount.

7. Refund Policy

Annual (Pro) subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, in compliance with UK distance selling regulations. Monthly (Plus) subscriptions and credit packs are non-refundable. To request a refund, contact us at support@twinvote.com.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Billing Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to your paid features until that date, after which your account will revert to the Free tier. Your wheels, spin history, and achievements are preserved — you will not lose any data. No partial refunds are provided for cancellations mid-period, except where required by law.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws. You may not upload content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms.

10. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the custom wheels and content you create. By publishing a wheel publicly, you grant TWINVOTE a non-exclusive license to display it on the Service. TWINVOTE retains all rights to the platform, including its code, design, branding, and built-in wheel library.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TWINVOTE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
